Must have the capability to sells products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective clients.
Must be able and willing to think on his/her feet by recommending ideal solutions to clients who may pivot in terms of requirements at any time during initial contact.
Should have experience maintaining relationships with clients by providing continual support, information, and guidance.
Must be able to grasp the basic concept of how application development (mobile and web) works in terms of being able to provide ballpark figures and timelines. This is preferable, but if the candidate does not have prior knowledge s/he must be active-minded and tech-savvy enough to grasp this with training.
Must be able to gauge client potential and complexity of requirements so as to not provide incorrect time and cost estimates to clients while also gauging client limitations.
Must be able to research and recommend new opportunities to approach clients by researching evolving industry trends and continually analyzing the client s core product.
Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Experience with sales, business development and/or account management with US/UK/UAE clients.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Must be passionate about sales and improving customer relations.
Must be tech savvy and have a basic understanding of mobile application development.
Comfortable working per US/UK shift times and be flexible with shift swaps.
