Job Description:
We are looking for a Manager Human Resource responsible for leading the HR department. S/he responsible for working with the organization as strategic partner and overlooking complete employee life cycle. The areas of expertise involved but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, employee relations, performance management, training and development, employee engagement and employer branding. The ideal candidate for this role must be able to handle the following functions/responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Enhances the organization s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Manages a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; preparing pay budgets; monitoring market trends; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counselling employees and supervisors.
Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
Ensure timely and smooth processing of monthly payroll.
Responsible for preparing KPIs of each job role with the concern manager and smoothly processing of performance evaluations/appraisals.
Make strategies for employer branding with the social media team. Participate in job fairs and conduct recruitment drives.
Plan and execute employee engagement programs and nurture a positive culture within the organization to ensure employee satisfaction, motivation and high employee retention.
Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Retains historical human resource records by designing and maintaining an e-filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
Ensure human resource department operational requirements by assigning the task to the team member(s) and following up on work results.
Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Develop HR team skills set by planning, training, monitoring, and appraising their job results.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
Master s degree in Human Resource Management.
7+ years of professional experience in HR; hands-on experience for leading HR team;
Hand-on experience in working with software/IT Company would be preferred.
Certifications in HRM would be preferred.
Must have expertise in Technical recruitment for IT/Software Company.
Well-versed with designing and executing employee engagement programs.
Must be able to handle grievances.
Must have strong leadership skills, multitasking skills, time management, can-do attitude and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both verbal & written).
Must have strong knowledge of HRIS and HRM ERP/Modules.
Excellent in MS office and able to make analytical reports and presentations.
