Can I buy a single product or do I have to take the suite?+

Every Nexus product can be purchased standalone. Most clients start with one product and add others as their operations mature. There is no minimum suite requirement.

Are these products SaaS or self-hosted?+

All seven products are available as SaaS hosted by Nexus. Self-hosted deployments are available on request for enterprise clients with specific data residency or compliance needs.

Do you white-label any of these products?+

Yes. Most Nexus products can be white-labelled or embedded as OEM components in your own platform. We discuss commercial terms case-by-case.

How much do they cost?+

Pricing varies by product and usage tier. We do not publish prices publicly because our customers often combine multiple products at custom enterprise terms. Book a strategy call for a tailored quote.

Do you offer custom development on top of these products?+

Yes. Every product can be extended through our services arm. We frequently build custom integrations, workflows, and UI extensions on top of the product stack.

What support do I get?+

All products include UK business hours support by senior engineers. Enterprise tiers add 24/7 coverage, a named delivery lead, and SLA-backed response times.

Where is my data hosted?+

Default hosting is on UK-region cloud infrastructure (AWS London or Vercel London edge). Multi-region or specific-region hosting is available for clients with sovereignty requirements.
